I want to preface this review by saying that you’d be able to fold a fitted sheet and catch a fish out of water with epilepsy before you could find better real estate agents than Kenny Patrick, and Andrew Temple. As a first-time homebuyer, I found that I was immensely unprepared to navigate the difficult and nuanced worlds of real estate and homeownership. Despite this though, Kenny and Andrew demonstrated a truly rare grace in their willingness to educate me, and their patience for when I needed them to repeat said education. To Kenny and Andrew, real estate is a true passion, something that’s clearly demonstrated by the alacrity in their actions. I mean this genuinely when I say that every question I ever posed was answered either immediately, or as soon as an answer was received from a third party. If you’re in the San Diego area and are looking into real estate, I sincerely believe that you’d be shooting yourself in the foot if you’re not seeking the services of Kenny and Andrew. In addition to both Kenny and Andrew being EXTREMELY kind, knowledgeable, professional & personable, they also helped my mom and myself more than either of us could ever begin to hope! Kenny and Andrew helped us pack, drive us to,fill & empty our storage locker, they met with us practically anytime and on any day of the week (from like 7am, till 9pm), they both offered to get us dinner/visit my mom/get medicine, as my mom was briefly hospitalized during our moving process! Additionally, Andrew and Kenny have wonderful connections/referrals that they provided, which were equally as wonderful in their piece of the process. Lastly, I think one of the things I appreciate about both Kenny and Andrew is the individualized and personalized care that they provided, for example Kenny purchased some quality muscle rub for my mom following her hospital stay, and bought more for us when it ran out; they both also filled out refrigerator with 2 cases of flavored sparkling water @ our new home prior to us moving in just because they know we liked it!!
