I want to preface this review by saying that you’d be able to fold a fitted sheet and catch a fish out of water with epilepsy before you could find better real estate agents than Kenny Patrick, and Andrew Temple. As a first-time homebuyer, I found that I was immensely unprepared to navigate the difficult and nuanced worlds of real estate and homeownership. Despite this though, Kenny and Andrew demonstrated a truly rare grace in their willingness to educate me, and their patience for when I needed them to repeat said education. To Kenny and Andrew, real estate is a true passion, something that’s clearly demonstrated by the alacrity in their actions. I mean this genuinely when I say that every question I ever posed was answered either immediately, or as soon as an answer was received from a third party. If you’re in the San Diego area and are looking into real estate, I sincerely believe that you’d be shooting yourself in the foot if you’re not seeking the services of Kenny and Andrew.
